BT HUB 4 WILL NOT CONNECT MY F5S

bt hub not connecting box, internet cable flashing green and orange gone into box and says online
i have done rebooting but still the same,only getting freesat channels.

You say it's not connecting are you sure? does any of the network apps work ie weather app, up**n app or does the xmltv EPG update? as if something in the box says it's online then you must have an internet connection.
