Changing ISP

I recently changed from sky to virgin media as my ISP. I have set up my openbox but cannot receive any signal for any channel. Please help!!

If you get "no signal" on all channels, then it won't have anything to do with your internet connection.

Did you remove the dish wire?

Make sure the LNB cable is in the LNB socket & not LOOP.

Make sure LNB power is set to ON in Menu > installation > LNB power.

Do you have any other sat receivers that you can test your feed on?
