Openbox V8s Newbie HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I today recieved a openbox V8s.
Has anyone got an idiot proof guide to setting this up?

Thanks for this.
I do however have a problem I understand all except for this part (for ~~~~~s, simply create thisfile by opening notepad, writing your ~~~~~ and saving as '~~~~~.cfg'without quotes)
How do I write my ~~~~~?

You don't you acquire it from elsewhere........this is the part that opens $ channels
