openbox s11 no signal help....

Hi i have a openbox s11 yesterday everything was working perfectly all channels. And today i switched my box on. And it boots up fine and everything then all channels says no signal tried to reboot it and still the same checked connections at the back all is fine. And it was working fine for a long time just suddenly come home switched on No signal it says all channels. My dish is fine working as i have another box working on it aswell. Been all good but after ages something gone wrong with my old openbox s11. Hope someone can help me out thanks

What happens if you swap the boxes round? Sounds like the tuners failed in the s11

There is a polyfuse in series with the voltage supply that goes to the tuner. Over the years it can go high resistance or even open circuit, preventing the tuner from working.

A temporary fix is to short out the leads of the polyfuse until you can replace it with another one. They are sometimes available on Ebay.

Thanks guys for all your help. You are all life savers. Got it sorted just wiggled the satalite wire which was at the back of my box and the long wire which was coming from dish become loose for some reason. Now its all back on. Thanks 😊☺
