line works on some channels not on others

Most channels work but say i got sky sports 1 2 3 4 5 in order in the right frequency they wont work i then put the same frequebcy in and the channels duplicate and suddenly one works but say it ads 5 of sky sports 1's only one will work why is this

Delete the channel list & do a blind scan............
