Which Transponder for movie channels ..help please ..thankyou ..

Hi all, i,ve just tried to add new channel list on my skybox f3 and seem to have messed all up, i can remember a few months ago when i selected movie channels it sent me to ..challange tv channels, this was rectified by changing the transponder ... It seems now i,m back in the same place again, can someone help by telling me which transponder i need to select and the next steps to find my movie channels again, thankyou kindly ..

Press FAV on the remote the menu should appear to choose movies/sport/ect

The challenge TV problem occured when the $ly movie channels changed transponders back in June. If you have the latest channel list, you shouldn't be getting this problem.

Which Movie channel is showing Challenge?

I'm using AJ's latest list (24/12/15) & all $ly movie channels are correct.

If the problem is that your favourite categories are showing the wrong channels, then you will need to do a "factory settings" to resolve that.

Thankyou for your reply .. I,ve somehow managed to get my movie channels .. Tho i seem to have lost Uk gold and channel 5 ... I,ve put Ajs latest list on my usb stick tho no sure how to upload it as when i last tried i lost all my channels .. Can you help

If you downloaded AJ's list from digital-kaos, it will need to be uncompressed first with a program like winzip, IZArc, 7-zip etc. If it was downloaded from AJ's website, then it will already be in the right format.

Copy TP_PROG.dbs file onto USB memory stick (FAT32).
Insert USB memory stick.
Press Menu button.
Select "Delete all" from "Edit channel" menu.
Select "Yes" to confirm.
Select "Upgrade by USB" from "Tools" menu.
Select "Misc. Files" from "Upgrade mode" option.
Scroll to "Select & Upgrade" & press OK button.
Select TP_PROG.dbs & press OK to place tick next to it.
Press yellow button on remote to start upgrade.
Wait for Burnflash to complete. It should take around 10 seconds.
Press "Info" button to verify TP_PROG.dbs has upgraded (should say OK).
Press "Power" button on remote to put box into standby.
Press "Power" button again to boot box.

There have been 1 or 2 members who have said that AJ's list has bricked their box, but I have been using AJ's list for years, with many different Openboxes & Skyboxes with no problems whatsoever.
