Skybox F5 goes 'Offline' everytime I power on in the morning

Hi Folks,

Apologies if I've missed n opena thread on this already..

Issue began last week after I updated the latest channel list and had subsequent connection problems.
Internet is fine and **** is also fine.
Long story short, I had to do a factory reset and now every time I unplug (rather than just power off) the box at night - it goes 'offline' in the morning and I end up having to do a factory reset again and re-install the TP Prog file and config file.

I'm thinking either a software/firmware update may be required or a file may be missing?
