    Openbox V8 PRO

    Hi, Can anyone tell me where to find a new Fav Channel list and how to install on a Openbox V8 Pro cabl/satellite box. I normally use cwaite list and install via a USB, but this box doesnt seem to give this option !!

    Aren’t those auto updates?. Check for the new software.

      There are no channel lists for these boxes, just autoscan and add favs yourself

        and backup the channel list to USB from the V8 Pro, i deleted the other satellites just to clear it up a bit, the person I was looking at this far only has a fixed dish (feel free to keep them) -

        As an example I have moved BBC One to the top (or rather a regional BBC One to the top.

        This will make the channels more ordered when viewing them but aside from doing this and adding channels to Favorites this is all's there is in terms of bouquet's.

        Just my opinion and not really relevant to the thread but I think this is a massive drawback given that the Channel Lists and EPG where clunky to start with...

        Personally Id stick to E2 based receivers. I hope they improve this either in a future firmware or future version of the Pro/Combo, for the sake of others.
