online problems

i have a few boxes for family im trying to update as the ****has ran out , all showing **** but all still scrambled tryed on three different boxes now and all the same i know the **** are good as mine is fine , very strange as the one box is new the others are f3 and f5 any ideas help most appreciated. i have updated by usb in ****
