quad lnb need some info

hi there dont know if any one can help me ive got a quad lnb satellite dish ive got sky hd downstairs which use twin sky cable goin to my dish and ive got sky single cable upstairs in one of the rooms also but i need it in another room as ive got 1 spare lnb free will any single affect anything etc.. or will it be fine
