struggling to setup my WebTV on Openbox V8s !!

struggling to setup my WebTV on Openbox V8s !!

I just received the Openbox V8 ,
I've figured out how to download m3u threads and have been saving them on to a usb stick as WebTv.m3u then trying to upload via USB to the Openbox but keeps telling me "Read WebTV.m3u Failed!"
can you help me ??
