Openbox V8S Remote

Total newbie here, so please be gentle with me

I live in an apartment where there is 2 single satellite feeds to my living room - 1 for Astra and 1 for Hotbird. Consequently, I have 2 Openboxes, 1 tuned to Astra and 1 tuned to Hotbird.

While it works perfectly well, obviously 1 remote will control both boxes at the same time. Is there any way to overcome this so that remote A just operates Openbox A, and remote B just operates Openbox B.

Because I am not allowed to install my own dish(es) using 2 boxes is the only option as far as I can see. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Even know the box is a single tuner you can always sure a diseqc so you only need one box !! And still use Astra and HotBird !

Thanks very much for that BruoJ - enormous help!! Just one thing. I am using a ***** from one supplier for Astra, and and *****from another supplier for Hotbird. If I install both to their relevant folders in *****, will it automatically choose the correct one.
