Dads box

I recently got my dad the xxxx and when he goes into xxxxx it shows online as normal. Yet when he's reset his box it loads up onto the menu and edit favourites and when he clicks exit it comes up no channel as if he has deleted all his channels or something. Any quick fix to get him viewing again?

yep you are correct....... if the info in your 1st post is still in place on the box
if its not then sorry as you can tell its a no go area
