channel lists not working on v8s box

i tried cwaite and aj i get scrambled but if i delete all channels and do blind the scan the list of channels work ??? anybody had this prob

scrambled..it says scrambled when i put a channel list on via usb but if i delete all channels and do a blind scan all channels work in the big list ??? i have an f5s aswell and the channel lists work on that :\ i have been told channels lists via usb on v8s play up alot
