Load onto the box.....if you don't get the 7 day EPG

do this......menu/ system settings/ EPG and time settings/ switch from satellite to internet XMLTV on default setting/ go down to XMLTV setting ok / switch UK to auto. Press Red button on remote It will then download to USB

Tried your download thanks,I'm still stuck in 1903 ,I know my way around these boxes ,I've re installed firmware updated channel list I'm pulling my hair out it happened before and I can't remember how I fixed it? ???????

Yea as I said I've no problem downloading extra lge epg the problem it's current date is 25/11/1903 which apparently was on a Wednesday so no matter what I do it won't work. I think it's a server error as I've put it on to automatic update, pressed red to update ,United Kingdom says 25/5/2016 and ok but current date is causing the problem 1903

Yeah, also have the 1903 issue. I have been told its down to the XMLTV EPG itself. Due to the hour going forward or back the box gets its date etc confused.
Tried many methods to recity it but nothing worked. I was told that it will resolve itself after a week or two as this always happens twice a year.

Hi I also have the same problem and totally understand your instruction above but was unsure where to place the EPG Fix, how do I use that file.
