openbox v8s. scrambled

hi guys, woke up this morning and all my channels on my box say scrambled, the only ones I can view is fta, I have done all the checks I know of but still the same, as iam new to this box as I have only had it a couple of weeks I dont think it should be sayin that, so any help would be great.

If you've do the usual checks ie reboot box and router and check the internet is working at the box via seeing if the weather app works or the xmltv epg downlod works, then it sounds like something has expired a wee bit early, perhaps contact your provider, if they don't answer then you know your fate.

cheers bud, checked weather channel and it does not work, but its let me install xmltv epg thats worked fine but still says scrambled, just dont get it..c

If you bought the box ...Lets say off the Bay with a free item......then the free item is now not FREE...you've been switched off at the other end....
