Cwiate channel list all scrambled

anyone that is using cwaites channel list is it working correctly as my channels are all scrambled I'm using the 06/06/16 update

The channel list will not unscramble any channels it's your magic providers server that's responsible for that, check your network cables and ensure you have an Internet connection to your box. Some times it can take up to 10 minutes to unscramble, when rebooting your box. If you have tried all these things contact your magic person for more help.

No issues with cwiate list, i am using in on 5+ boxes. Check with your provider.

After putting it into my box i have two options, first is using the 'all' and the other is 'fav' some channels on the fav do work but i get the feeling that the channels dont work on the 'all' list is because of duplicate channels which may have different transponders assigned to them, how can i resolve this?

Channels in the all and favourites are using the same channel transponders.
