No channels on frequency 11582

As the title says I cannot get any channels on frequency 11582 . It just says no signal. Animal planet +1 I'd channels for example . Anyone any ideas
The box is a v8s

Put a new channel list on it

Have just updated channel list still the same

Also the snr goes down to only 10 on this frequency , the rest of the channels are fine they are in the 70s

Just to let you know I have fixed this problem. I had a rather long length of cable from the dish to the box 25m, I cut this down to 15m problem solved everything working perfect. All we need now is a fix for the epg
