Sky channel signal

Hopefully some one can help me out. I have a openbox v8, everything was fine with the signal no freezing or pixelating, I have just got rid of my basic sky package and now just have the free view channels through the my sky box which I don't use. My openbox signal for all the sly channels (sport movies)have started to drop down to 20-30% which is now pixelating. The free view channels on the openbox are fine signal is 70%+. Any help would be appreciated.

IT maybe that your dish needs realigning, your FTA should be upwards of 90 if not 100% signal rate. As a rule of thumb, if your signal rates for FTA are high then the other premium channels generally show between 75-80% without any issues. If you've experienced any bad weather of late this could be the cause, a little tweak on the dish should sort it IMHO
