Cannot get baby tv or sky sports box office on open box v5s

I have the latest channel list from AJSat but cannot get the above 2 channel to work any ideas

depending on how many times you've updated via usb, it might be best to do this
ok on factory settings> ok on yes> IMPORTANT now press blue, this will erase all old channel list data, then reload the Cwaites list, you will find sbo at the end of the sports favs

Already done that. Baby tv is on the list but doesn't seem to air a signal

I have, i reset the box as channels were not in right category but still Baby tv doesnt send a signal

so have you tried Cwaites list as I'm using it and the channels are there and clearing with preview only on sbo

Will try that now. Also under sattelites i only hsve sky uk28a active

this is correct but please do the factory reset and blue button before adding the cwaites list, these boxes when having had numerous updates via usb can then cause issues with the box. Always best to wipe clear all data before updating, hope this helps

Very strange i have 1 satellite dish supplying 3 rooms, i moved ny open box to another room and all channels are working baby tv and all movies wheras in the first room i was getting all except for baby tv and sky movies.
