Open box v8s horizontal channel problems

Hey everyone, I recently got myself an open box v8s up and running after a few teething problems. What seems to be an intermittent problem seems to have became a dead end. At first all vertical channels worked fine and the horizontal channel would give up 'no signal' but after updating the channel list it seemed to sort it out but now and again would cut off and come back. The last few days the vertical channels became stuttery (snr would drop by 5% and go back up) but over night it seems they are back to normal but horizontal channels have gone off again (snr 10%). Vertical channels are running between 80-90% snr and all horizontal channels are 10%. Anyone had issues like this or what could be causing the problem? Box faulty and not changing between vertical and horizontal signals?

Sounds like the LNB or the dish moved or do you have anything in the line of sight of the dish......ie.mainly tree's this would explain why there switching from V to H channels
To eliminate the problem with the box....can you try it at a mates house to see if the box is working ok

If you can & it is then you have narrowed it down to....my 1st guess
