s*y box f5 dead?!

hi i have the F5 box and basically when i switch over to bbc 1 or itv 1 hd it at times automatically shuts off some times it dispays the channels and other times it has none of it. has anyone had any experience of this. is it time i just upgrade to a zgemma h2s. as sometimes all channels work perfectly its just lately its been glitching alot or restarting alot which i initally thort it may be a line issue. overall had it a few years could always replace it with the same box as there quite cheap on a well known auction site or upgrade to something better. any help would be grateful before i take the plunge

Try another power supply. Sometimes the cap brokes after few years.

thanks for the advice but the box reboots itself rather then completely switching off and iv tried that but still no joy

have u tryed a complete re, install?? wipe the box, then re,install your channel list, hardware. in other words do a factory re,set, see if that helps, but make a note of your magic numbers coz u will loose them...
