Boxnation

My boxnation is all sound no picture,does it need reflashed or can I type in another frequency and get it working.

You will need a later firmware if its very old, had that issue myself as did others, 2014/12/04 firmware or later (if F5s) sorted it

A bit more info what box would help.......
what firmware you have on the box ?.......in the menu system info FM ware

the more you can tell us......will help to answer your question.....otherwise we all are playing a guessing game

In the older model F3/5 try the V.Format button..........

the answer could be lots of things

channel list out of date
HDMI cable
TV set on the settings

In you have the scart plug on the back of the box.......try a scart lead......see if it fixes the problem........if so TV setting wrong

are the rest of the channels ok

Again the more info you give us.......much easier to point you in the right direction

It's a f5 box,every other channel is working fine except this 1,I will try all those options and hopefully 1 of those sorts it out,thanks for your help.

If it's old firmware, then there will be a few other channels with the same problem.

Its your firmware...............just needs to be updated, then you will get the picture to go with the sound..
