file not found/ f3 box

hi i downloaded the new channels list on usb. done everthing asked and shown on c waites you tube tutorial. but after file is upgraded the progress is showing file not found any ideas? ive double checked the file name. double checked the usb format to fat32 default. only thing i havent done is, some vids show deleting all channels first. dont want to risk losing all my tv. help please guys and girls

Did you unpack the file when it downloaded ? so you have a .dbs file on the usb stick ?
