f5s not working plzz help

hi I'm trying to upgrade my box as it just came up with no signal on every channel I have another box and all is fine I cant seem to fing the skyuk 28 transponder and don't know how to add or what the details off it would be

You need to install a channel list, get cwaites list from here and unzip and put on usb, then install on to your f5s

have you tryed a channel re,scan? if so check your cables and defo check the lnb on the dish................c

I haven't used cwaites list for a while, but installing it should also install a long list of satellites (including 28.2e).

If you install cwaites channel list, and you still get no signal on all channels, then I suspect that doing your own scan on 28.2e will not pick up anything anyway.

Have you connected box to the secound tuner, on f5 people make connection to the loop.

yeh m8 done everything my other box is fine it wont scan because it has no sky uk or w/e it was in the tp list its gone all cables are in correct way

So, if a box, using exact same feeds is ok? if so and have you checked the original box on another feed?

Just to be sure, try another cahnnel list, but I smell shot tuner
