openbox wifi dongle

just changed to talktalk,but cannot get dongle to connect to new router.can anyone help?

I'm a newbie but straightforward for me. Dongle in rear USB, select WiFi network and complete the passcodes. There may be some sort of block on your router. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be along shortly.
