Just wondered if there are any channel lists that are updated regularly with a similar listing layout to AJ's. Has anyone used the Norfolk SR free channel list, is it any good? Cheers.

Why did not you just update it over the network and pick the Irish channel list. I used to get aj's but last time I checked a couple weeks ago he hadn't updated it since April.
I say the Irish one is because it's same as uk one but u.k one I has loads of blank gaps between channels, the Irish doesn't and is layer out the same. -
