channel list update problems

hi guys i've just bought a new ******, so i need to update my channel list which ive done many times, thing is this time when updating i press info after and it says file not found but it is definitely on the pen drive, anyone give me some help??
btw i was using the pen drive in the f5 box to watch some tv programs so it shouldnt be that

Just check the name of the file on the pen drive. If it has any numbers or brackets rename it to remove them.

The correct name is: TP_PROG.DBS

Download the latest firmware if it hasn't already got it and update your channel list over network.

Channel updates are more frequent than than searching on the net for the latest. And takes seconds to do.
