I am afraid there are no miracle satellite receivers that will give you perfect Glitch/Freeze free TV unless you actually officially subscribed to the Broadcaster in question, as we are not allowed to go into the Card sharing question too much on this board a quick search around the internet with terms like 'Over Loaded s*r*e*' should gleam you plenty of answers to your problem
