disney channel problem

hi...dont know if anyone else is experiencing this problem but i have had a skybox for a couple of years without any problems but recently i cannot get the disney channel,disney +1 or disney xd yet i get disney xd+1....ive experimented with a numerous amount of different channel lists yet still get the same result....does ne1 have ne ideas?

Do a manual TP_list scan of the frequencies of the missing channels and see if you can get them that way, if it doesn't find them, then there could be a problem with dish ie alignment out or LNB/Cable faulty and the easiest way to find out if that is your problem is to source another box, that's know to be working with those channels and try it on your dish, good luck.
