some channels freezing

i have a openbox v8s and on a few channels i get freezing and glitching every few minutes, ive tried lines from different people so think it not the line provider. ive disconnected everything from internet apart from the openbox. my router is set at Modem Status Connected, DownStream Connection Speed 9245, UpStream Connection Speed 799 so dont think it my internet connection. on the channel the signal intensity is 89/90% and signal quality is 74%. any ideas what it could be and thanks in advance for any one who replies

ive got 2 boxes one does it and the other dosent. i havent had any other problems with them. ive been thinking of getting an upgrade box but money tight at minute so what would be a good cheapish box

Zgemma 2s for single tuner (?65) or zgemma h.2s if you want twin tuner (?85)

Or for ?100 edision os mini, same as zgemma but officially supports openvix/ATV.
