openbox connected but most channels scrambled and some on??? Help....

please help i have fitted a number of boxes and never came across this,

the box is online to server and channels PBS America is open so are a few others but as for sky sports, sky movies, sky entertainment these all say scrambled and i dont understand as if the box is online and some ppv channels work why dont all of them????

ive done new channel list install also its connected by WiFi which is connected and strong,

please can anyone help???
