f5 box keeps turning it self off

Just used cwaites update channel list now the box keeps turning its self off once you see the skybox logo, Any advice

Ive rebooted the f5 box and now its stuck on L100 on the display on the box

Ive rebooted the f5 box and now its stuck on L100 on the display on the box

This happened me with f5s and I just unplugged everything from box all cables etc for a few minutes
and when I retried it !! Bingo it worked. I had read on here or some other site of someone else doing this.
