Here's a list with BBC 1 scotland HD and STV HD - a modified cwaite list.
Can a more experienced user double check it works ok before the op does. I've not got a box hooked up at the moment.

OK i could not find out if changing the channel list was safe as in scrubbing what i paid for with the box so i went looking and found this if anyone wants to make there favourites personal to there region.

You know when a new post is made in a thread and that thread jumps back to the top of that section in a forum? Well this thread to me is still in the same place, 7 or 8th post down and its also just showing that the last post in #6 by rabwright. I am also shown up as logged out even though i am typing away to you.
