Different cpu H5.2s has BCM73625 the H.2s has a BCM7362 both are Dual thread capable cpus running at the same speed 2000 dmips, the only difference is the BCM73625 has incorporated the h.265 codec which will give a better future proofing ie a newer UHD video codec thats used by some plex, iptv stream and UHD sat channels.

As for the day to day running of the two boxes, you won't see any difference. Would I buy a H5.2s only if I was updating from Zgemma 2s or Openbox but as I've already got a H.2s then personally I don't see any point.

Might want some slight clarification although the newer box is equipped for the H.265 codec this does not mean it will display any 4K UHD channels, as martin says its a mere future proofing as some new transmissions for SD/HD may use the H.265 codec in future
