Zip file will not open

Downloaded cwaite channel list zip file but my winrar WinZip programs cannot open this channel list file
Say's file not known
Is there a particular unzip program I should be using?

I use 7zip'' always been ok for me to open files and progs....c

Yes that's one of the three different ones I tried.
Just been thinking perhaps it could be something to do with me using a tablet to download.
Not sure what to try next

What browser are you using ? to download it

I've used two, opera browser and rocket browser no joy with either

Try Chrome .......I just downloaded it unpacks fine
