Dead Openbox x5 displays Red light only at power up.

Hi There, Can someone help.
I have an Openbox x5 that only shows a red light when powered up. I was trying to update the sofware some time ago last year and it has just died. I kept the box and I now I want to revive it.

I've just made a null modem cable. Connected Openbox x5 to the PC. Set the COM1 port to speed 115200 (7 bits or 8 bits) Even.
run the EromUpgrade.exe, set the Operate Mode to "Upgrade", Set the file to "Eromclient.abs" clicked "Next" and I get the Error Message saying "Wrong file!"
What should the file be? I have tried the file: "KD_P9000E_HD_2013_06_22.bin" which gives the same error. Should the openbox be turned ON prior or after clicking "Next" still nothing.

Have I missed something. What about the checkbox "Include bootloader" - it doesn't make any difference.

I really put a lot of hope in this process. Still need help!
