So I bought this from eBay a couple months back -
100% GENUINE OPENBOX V8S LATEST MODEL WITH 24 MONTHS GIFT

Past 2-3 weeks it's stopped working, no idea why. Nothing is wrong with my Sat, checked internet connections all is working fine on other devices. BBC 1, ITV HD etc are working, but Sky Movies and Sky Sports don't seem to be working.

I thought everything is auto-updated for me? Do I need to change/download something?

I am afraid we cannot help you with your so called 'Gift' if this was purchased from Ebay which it sounds like it has then you have been duly Ripped off as a lot of other people are when buying all in one Box/Gifts from Ebay.

You have 2 options contact the seller directly to resolve the problem if you have no joy and your still within your time period open a dispute to get your money back

I'm confused at why you can't help me, the "Gift" is obviously the subscription as you know it. What other route could I have taken when trying to buy a Sub?

They're a reputable seller with 2k+ boxes sold, do you think they've just cancelled or the sub? Or could there genuinely be an updated necessary to fix my issues.

Go back to whoever sold that to you and complain. It is their responsibility.
