just received a new openbox v8s box which was supposed to be plug & play, all channels scrambled except freeview, contacted seller who sent link to download firmware from openbox site (which windows wouldnt open on my laptop) tried downloading firmware from another website using usb, all i get is hardware mismatch! can anyone tell me what im doing wrong?
