Can anyone help me I have just updated my openbox f5 and it has wiped all my programs when i have tried to reinstall my dumped files from usb it says mismatched. I have no tv at all now

When you say wiped ........factory reset ?......or tried to update the channel list ?
channel list is easy part....http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...gularly/page10
The item that allows you to view these channels if you have done a full reset is gone
I hope you have it backed up..in an email...if not...... you need to get in touch with the place you got it from
if it come ready to go..plug & play...creek & paddle come to mind
