    skybox f5 help

    looking for help aswell guys have f5 box and switched it on there too find zero channels working and channel menu completely gone.. i know some channels are not working but free too air completely gone.. all am left with is some ch line and some guy reading out channel numbers.. seriously confused...

      The latest CWAITE (previously sattv5) Sky Numbered Channel Lists can be found here. (http://cwaite.dyndns.tv) We now have an ALL Channels section in Favourites which contains all of the channels together (except the Non working HD channels and the test section)with no gaps, to get to this Press FAV on your Satellite Remote

          i downloaded tp_progdps file with updated channels but have no channels still.. must be missing something

              have you rebooted the box
              I.e switched the power off/on

              Not with the remote.......the switch on the back of the box ?

                      Save the config you need!!!Delete all channels then factory reset the box ticking all boxes=== upload cwaite latest list and your config if required via usb and reboot...


                      However if you dont have FTA it tells me its a box fimware/software issue or signal problem from your dish but try above...
