Looking online for various solutions and while following the steps it says "update is a mismatch"

I think I have a clone version. Can anyone point me in the direction for this firmware?!

Recently the box has just been stuck after 10 seconds even on freeview.

So I thought to format from scratch and start it all again but obviously I can't!

you just need to find the correct firmware for your box
