v9s stuck in load going and off

I have the v9s open box with extreme iptv.

I have downloaded the file and renamed it romnew.bin. put it on the usb stick, plugged it in and pressed menu button a few times. it comes up with the following error message check error try again.

Anyone have a fix for this problem or is the box useless now???

the box is not much good, but it should still work, try naming the file WEBTV think that may help..
