Openbox no EPG

Hi,
XMLTV EPG problems for a couple of weeks now, on V8S.
Tried a clean USB, also got old F5S out and same issue.
EPG Decompress failed! error message.

Anyone else got a working EPG on Openbox ?

xmltv epg is shit mate, stick with sky epg, that's the best..

I have the same problem with xmltv epg.

Can you use sky epg if you dont have sky?

Xmltv Worked last winter , i say winter as its the only time when the actual Time matches up on it , did try last night on f5/openbx and failed to install

its full of bugs mate, always will be if u ask me, no fix at the moment..

Can you use sky epg if you dont have sky?

I think he means Satellite (like calling a Dyson Vacuum cleaner a hoover).
Your epg will automatically up date from Sky or Freesat, or from what ever network programs you have stored in your TP list.
Problem is Openbox isn't that good at receiving EPG. Or Xmltv by the sounds of it.
