Zgemma box not connecting to satellite dish

Hello.

After a a little bit of help please folks.
‘I’ve just run a cable from the satellite dish to my Zgemma box.
‘But the box is showing as ‘TUNE FAILED’. It was working about a month ago before I moved house.

It is only the free channels I use to get. Like bbc1,2,3,4. ITV,2,3,4. Comedy Central and those kind of channels.

Now the the cable I have connected to the sky dish and into the back of the box. I have taken the little wires off and just left the copper wire in the middle and out on my clips and screwed into the back of the box.
‘Is that the correct way of doing it.

Also so are there any settings in there that I may have turned off to stop the lnb ports working.

Im at a complete loss as to what to do so any help will be really great full

If you have removed all the braiding then it won't work. The braiding needs to be under the outer of the F plug and must not touch the inner. If you Google search, you will find many video's
