I AM VERY UPSET WASTING MONEY OPEN MEDIA500CS

I am very upset for waiting my ?100 to buy this box , before i bought it i asked advice and information about this box , and many feedback was good box and is working well and good image ,since i bought it 3wks ago i flashed image was good but i follwow all direction ,but i'm not clearing no thing only freeview chanel my disg is motrised with my max lan i can see some thing you can check my question regarding advice,what can ido with this box and i am in analogue area for cable .
any help welcome to sort out this problem

Its not the box. What you bought works perfectly. I have one and its brilliant. Premiere is RIP now hence not being able to clear those channels

If you dont have digital cable you should have just bought a 500-s.

i dont think you have waisted your money at all, ?100 for a sat and cable in same box , is a good deal.

i take it your in France, and you dont have cable ? only analogue. ?

what satellite dish do you have ? is it motorised or set to 1 place ?

I know your trying hard to type in English, and we will help you as much as we can, but you need to give us some more information.

And you will need keys to clear some of the sat channels, you can find these if you " google " for minicats keybundle, or satans keybundle.
you will need to learn how to FTP the keys onto your box using a programme called "flashfxp" you can get this from here in the downloads.

Please read through the Dreambox 500 sections and the open media sections i am sure you will learn a lot from them.

Dont worry and dont panic, you bought a decent box for what you paid for it.
and its just with it being new , that it seems hard to understand.

It's not our responsability to get your receiver working with all premium channels for nothing! The openmedia receiver is sold as a FTA Cable and Satellite receiver. You would have the same problems if you bought a Technomate or a Dreambox!
