Hi timmaa, reset and rebooted no joy, the problem may be in the CCcam client setup where file update by USB shows
now reading... CCcam.cfg
CCcam.cfg not found!
read all finished!

although it does look as though it is loading..and there is a unzipped file on the stick

try another usb stick is fussy with sticks also make sure file is correctely named

Hi, jureko, tried two stick the first was brand new TDK 8G the file name was the same as original download. one thing i have noticed is the booklet with the 'o'box suggest to name the file "all.cfg" on replacement.
the other consideration is i cant find the software link on box for serial interface, but i now have the software to use the 'd' plug connection for computer link so if the USB stick wont work i will link my laptop up to it and see if i can upload by this method.
has any one tried this type of upload ??

Well the box is saying it has a problem finding or reading the file.

Is the file at root level on the stick?

Make sure it is named "CCcam.cfg" and not "cccam.cfg".

Does your line contain any special characters like "@"?
The box has a problem with such characters.

As hooley says, it's possible for you to key in the line using your remote.

Hi Hooley i gather you mean using a null modem cable that's what i had been trying to say but before i do it this way i am trying to find out what the problem is with USB loading on the odd occasion

You press the Menu button, go down to Network Local Setting, go across to C***m plug setting, go to Manage Config Files, In manage Config files, choose C***m.cfg, Click on Add (Blue Button) Enter your details
When finished press the Green button and it will put a tick next to Offline, exit the menu and it will say saving, restart the box and it will work.

hi i have an open box s9 suddenly my signal has just frozen on 90% and all channels say scrambled it happened last time and i gave it to a mate he sorted it out but know he has gone abroad i cannot even view the free channels please help, any help would be appreciated thank you

Hi All, Think ive found my problem but still needs a little help. the problem was the CCcam.cfg file cannot be found on the USB stick. A check looks like evey thing is ok but it isnt. so the help that i need is ... does any one know, when upgrading by null mod cable in the 'operate upgrade' which of the files are used, i cant see it being the "Chunk" but i could be wrong

Is the card reader in this box multicrypt?This box looks ideal for my needs but I need a box with a card reader that is compatible with my official Al Jazeera sport card(irdeto) for 13 east.
