Need Help with openbox s9 hd

hi just got my open box bit of a problem when i put in the sat cable the picture goes and the the front just flashes on

If I've understood you correctly, I think I had the same problem. The box makes a clicking sound and the front display flashes on and off as if something was shorting out.

I'm pretty sure my problem was caused by a poorly fitted F-plug on the satelite cable. I just fitted a new one and it worked.
