Itv hd help

some times on hd channels im tod the pitcher goes from wide 16:9 to 4:3 , (older programs i think) but on the sd ch it stays in 16:9

is there any fix to this , also wheres itv1+1 hd? i cant find it

The 4:3 thing happens on a lot of HD channels, there's no itv+1 HD
