NAGRA 02 access card and softcam key

I have a nagra 02 card (i believe) it says nagra id sw-02 on the back and i have a nagra keyfile.
Do i have to program the card with a card reader/writer to make it work do i need the card if i have the key?

Is nagra not cable? wrong section.
